And this is where our Managed Services solution will comes in real handy. Thanks to it, your server will be added to our own custom server managing system, which will keep an eye on all the crucial services. And in the event of a service trouble, our skilled server administrators will be warned immediately and they will rectify the trouble as soon as possible.

Weekly Backups

Backing up a VPS Plan definitely isn’t the easiest task in this world. You will either need to use a different server or your desktop PC, or, alternatively utilize some third–party solution. Our company offers a much simpler option with our Managed Services package. We’ll create a full backup of your virtual server on a weekly basis, so you never have to be scared of losing important info. Plus, we can always recover a backup really quickly. All backups we make are saved on a special server with a RAID array of disk drives, so if anything happens to any part of your stored data, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

In case you’d like your Virtual Private Server to have video streaming or video conversion capabilities, you have to install & configure particular software on it. And if this sounds like something far too problematic for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting service, part of our Managed Services package, is the best solution for your needs. Using it, you will have the full and undivided attention of one of our veteran technical support engineers who will install any software package or rectify any issue that you’re having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services deal is bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Plans. With our KVM VPS Plans, it’s an optional feature.
